As a new business we understand cost can be a problem, This is why we are offering you a one time deal only to have reduced rate to see how you like our TCG events.​

As a new vendor to us you will be entitled to 1 table, If you wish to have more then 1 you will need to be a basic vendor. No backing displays are allowed under this option.

PLEASE READ:
 

Backing tables are not allowed, However display shelves are. Between the tables there will be adequate spacing so you can easily gain access to and from without invading your neighbours space.

All TCG, Plushies, accessories, toys and so on is welcomed but please, No fakes!
Any weapons or pornographic material are prohibited and will be asked to be removed, If we see them on your table again or in your hands we will ask you to leave and you will not be invited back.

This is a family friendly event and we do not want to cause harm or distress to anybody.

During the event, Our team will provide you with a range of drinks and snacks to keep you going so you don't need to quickly run and buy expensive snacks from the cafe / vending machines leaving your table unattended or short handed.

Cancellation, If we have to unfortunately cancel the event you will receive a full refund. If you can no longer attend before 30 days of the event we can move you over to the next event, A refund isn't possible within 30 days before the event.
