From 2026/2027 we will be offering a premium membership to sell with us!
Basically you will pay us a membership fee and save 20% at each event, You will receive first dibs on vending at our events! The more you attend the more you will save over the year. Nice and simple and giving something back to our vendors who support us!
 

A yearly membership will be £. If you attend all the events in 2027 then you will save huge!
This isn't an option for 2026 at the moment, Being new we want to establish good connections and build our brand to get access to new venues around Sussex!

PLEASE READ:
 

Backing tables are not allowed, However display shelves are. Between the tables there will be adequate spacing so you can easily gain access to and from without invading your neighbours space.

All TCG, Plushies, accessories, toys and so on is welcomed but please, No fakes!
Any weapons or pornographic material are prohibited and will be asked to be removed, If we see them on your table again or in your hands we will ask you to leave and you will not be invited back.

This is a family friendly event and we do not want to cause harm or distress to anybody.

During the event, Our team will provide you with a range of drinks and snacks to keep you going so you don't need to quickly run and buy expensive snacks from the cafe / vending machines leaving your table unattended or short handed.

Cancellation, Full refund if you cancel before 30 days of the event.
If we have to unfortunately cancel the event you will get a full refund within 30 days or you can move your spot to the next event if there is space.
